lol...

peter... if you want to do a CA tidal tank you're going to need a really good chiller... some species of anemone and fish won't live in warmer temps... i think they have to be 60* or colder... they aren't tropical...

and don't worry about the people peter... it's just the way our civilization is changing for the worst... especially since the internetz, no one takes eachother seriously... sorry for hoaxing you pete... but my life is on hold right now...

and give me like two weeks... i might give up a pair of green hero's... those are Heros severus or Cichlasoma severum... they breed like every two weeks... i have three pairs right now...

PK, not to bait you or rub an open wound but I think you'd be a pretty interesting person to meet. Seriously. =P

I'm doing fine today. Took the GF out to a river with lots of big rocks and pulled her pants down for some fun. There were bicyclers and joggers and we almost got caught by a man and his 2 kids. Out doors with the possibility of getting caught is fun! We mostly just layed out on the big warm rocks and did quality making out and dry humping. Sweeeeet!!!

Gumbii: Let me know about the severums. I'm interested.

And I was wondering about the chiller thing as I noticed the Aquarium of the Pacific has chilled CA coast tanks. Sounds like it can be done with a small fridge and some metal tubing.

T: I think a lot of us would be interesting to meet. Many of us are struggling and have issues but I guess we have at least one thing in common.

And Kansas is too far from the mountains or the coast or hills with streams for me. I'll probably like CA more when I get into my career and move to a nicer area.

My dream is to have a catameran sail boat like I used to and live where I could surf and sail the cat around lakes and oceans. I had to sell the Hobicat 21 foot due to apt parking issues, as it was on a trailer. It was impounded, given lots of tickets because people were moving it during the night.

That thing was way fast and you'd ride with a harnes and lean way over the side with the upwind hull completely out of the water.

Kansas just won't due, though I'd love to see those tornados you all have.

That is true. I still don't like most of the people here, but being broke in LA sucks. I wanted to pack a large water proof bag and sail my cat to Catalina island,(about 21 or so miles across a serious channel) land on a beach and camp overnight or for a couple of nights. Like landing on a desserted island, bon fire on the beach and all. Then sail back to the mainland the next day. I'd need a radio and tell the coast guard about the trip, but that would be way cool.

Now that my son is big enough I'd reaally like that boat. I bought it in great shape with trailer for $1,500 bucks. I sold it for $500 not to mention the tix and impound fees.

im looking at a 21 foot catilina sail boat from my neighbor, for being a hi speed boat for quiet a few years i think im ready to slow down and enjoy the wind, ive been told that this shoal draft catilina is a very forgiveing rig to learn on - - -remember i know nothing about sailing vessels ...........lol anybody got some pointers??? -

amazing that something as "simple" as a fish tank would make me slow down and really look at life and "see" the things that i have been walking by for my entire life and missing eh........i'm sure age is a factor too.....lol
